Hone your talents under the direction of distinguished faculty members at the School of Creative and Performing Arts. The school provides a wide range of opportunities for intensive study in composition, electroacoustic media, musicology, music history, multimedia, sound spatialization, sonic arts and more. Students are encouraged to explore an integrative approach to performance practice, interdisciplinary research and creative activity. The School of Creative and Performing Arts holds over 80 concerts per year. Students will have a unique opportunity to experience and perform music in the Rozsa Centre`s Eckhardt-Gramatt Hall, one of Western Canada's premiere recital facilities.

A recognized Master's degree or equivalent, (GPA) in the final two years of study of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 point system, TOEFL iBT of 86 with no section less than 20 (Internet-based), IELTS of 6.5 with no section less than 6.0 (Academic version), MELAB score of 80, PTE score of 59, A one page letter detailing the applicant's reasons for pursuing graduate study, Composition: A portfolio of works, together with recordings, if available, and an extended research paper, 2 Reference letter
