This training will allow you to develop your ability to conduct extensive research in English-speaking literatures and, by writing your thesis, to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the discipline. The program is distinguished by its emphasis on modern and contemporary literature as well as cultural studies. All courses are conducted in English and have the same language requirements as English-language universities. This program offers literary research focused on the criticism and exploration of the body of English-speaking literature such as Canadian, American, British and postcolonial literature.

A master's degree in English-speaking literatures or an equivalent degree, three reports of appreciation, a literary analysis of 12 to 15 pages written in English, a one to two page letter of motivation written in English, a resume, French and English language skills, TFI test scores
