Master's degree from an accredited university, An average of 80% or greater for all available graduate courses, TOEFL ibT of 90 with a minimum of 23 in the speaking portion and no individual score below 20, IELTS of 7 out of 9, Western English Language Centre- successful completion of the High-Advanced level, CultureWorks- successful completion of the High-Advanced level, Fanshawe College s ESL Program- graduation from Level 5, Advanced Academic Preparation, with a minimum 80% in all components
