Program Overview

This program will allow you to integrate the latest knowledge of cellular and molecular biology. It will lead you to the limit of the unknown in understanding the molecular structure and functioning of the cell, both in terms of genetics and gene expression as well as the nature and regulation of structural organization and functional of the cell in its various activities. The research focuses on several spheres, including: genetics (the study of heredity and genes), gene expression (the process of decoding the hereditary information contained in genes for the creation of molecules), the regulation of the structural and functional organization of the cell and the intracellular transduction of signals by the signaling networks (how the cell responds to the information received).
