Program Overview

The Program seeks to train graduates at the highest academic level,capable of developing quality teaching and independently carrying out original research,the results of which translate into significant contributions to the development of these fields of knowledge.It has a minimum duration of eight academic semesters and a maximum of twelve semesters,for the fulfillment of the Study Plan and obtaining the Degree. In justified cases,studies carried out previously may be approved,reducing the minimum stay to four semesters.It includes the fulfillment of courses and seminars,a qualification exam,thesis project,a thesis and a degree exam. The Program Study Plan contemplates compulsory curricular activities and elective curricular activities.
