Program Overview

This program,which began in 2002,is taught in conjunction with the Faculty of Agronomic Sciences,the Faculty of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Sciences,the Faculty of Medicine,the Faculty of Veterinary Sciences and the Institute of Nutrition and Food Technology (INTA ).The fundamental objective of the Doctorate Program in Nutrition and Food is to train graduates of the highest level,who have a broad command of the disciplines of the area,who are capable of developing original and relevant research in the field of nutrition and food and of transmit the knowledge emanating from their research through pre and post grade teaching activities.
