PhD Fluid Dynamics

The objective of this Program is to train highly qualified specialists in subjects related to Fluid Dynamics,trained to carry out research and development in theoretical and applied aspects of problems of interest to engineering. It is expected that an important part of the trained doctors will be dedicated to the academy,reinforcing the rosters of national and foreign universities.It is also an important objective that its graduates be placed in key positions in companies and public and private institutions in the country,in order to contribute to technology transfer between the university and the external environment,improve the national culture in research and development in productive companies,the consulting engineering and the state services and institutions in charge of managing the use and protection of the country's natural resources. Furthermore,due to its originality and innovative nature,this Doctoral Program is expected to attract students at the regional and Latin American level.
