The aim of the doctoral study program Didactics of Czech Language is to prepare qualified researchers in the field of didactics of Czech language. The field of study focuses on scientific research and independent creative activity in related areas: 1. acquisition and education of the Czech language as a mother tongue or as a second language in the process of school teaching, 2. functioning of the Czech language in school pedagogical communication. Its graduates will be ready to solve current problems of language education and language education at primary and secondary schools, respectively. in the preparation of Czech language teachers, including the problems of inclusive education.

A completed Master s degree in a related field of study, an official transcript of records from your previous university studies, an official translation of the two above into Czech (translation is not required if the original documents were issued in English), a certificate of equivalence from Czech educational authorities which states that your certificate/diploma is recognised in the Czech Republic (called nostrification ), if you completed your previous education abroad, TOEFL ibT of 80, IELTS of 6.5, IB English 6, Melab 77, TOEIC 605
