Program Overview

The Pathology study program includes mainly the following areas: correlation of morphological and molecular biological properties of tumors with emphasis on the use in differential diagnosis, methods of detection of viral and bacterial pathogens in carcinogenesis, clinical pathological correlates in haematooncology, problems of head and neck, salivary glands, lung and gastrointestinal tumors the characteristics of the new units. Graduates of the Pathology study program will acquire not only a broad theoretical background in the field of pathology, but a deeper methodological knowledge, especially molecular biological and immunohistochemical techniques.

A completed Master s degree in a related field of study, an official transcript of records from your previous university studies, an official translation of the two above into Czech (translation is not required if the original documents were issued in English), a certificate of equivalence from Czech educational authorities which states that your certificate/diploma is recognised in the Czech Republic (called nostrification ), if you completed your previous education abroad, TOEFL ibT of 80, IELTS of 6.5, IB English 6, Melab 77, TOEIC 605
