Program Overview

Graduates have in-depth knowledge of at least one religious tradition, are able to study it using original source language texts and are well-acquainted with secondary literature. They have a command of the methodology of religious studies, they are able to compare the knowledge of the study of their major religion with other religions and generally reflect upon them. Graduates are able to engage in professional scientific work at an international level and have no difficulty publishing the results of their research in academic journals.

Additional Information & Requirements

A completed Master s degree in a related field of study, an official transcript of records from your previous university studies, an official translation of the two above into Czech (translation is not required if the original documents were issued in English), a certificate of equivalence from Czech educational authorities which states that your certificate/diploma is recognised in the Czech Republic (called nostrification ), if you completed your previous education abroad, TOEFL ibT of 80, IELTS of 6.5, IB English 6, Melab 77, TOEIC 605
