Program Overview

The study program is focused on an extensive complex of atmospheric phenomena and processes that are physical in nature, but they are also applied in interdisciplinary links eg to atmospheric chemistry, oceanology, physical geography, environmental sciences, etc. This is a unique program in terms of complexity of the Earth's dynamic atmosphere in broad interdisciplinary ties. Even within the Czech Republic it is the only program providing education in the field of atmosphere physics, meteorology and climatology. From a methodological point of view, an extensive spectrum of applications from the field of theoretical, experimental and computer physics is applied interactively and complementarily.

A completed Master s degree in a related field of study, an official transcript of records from your previous university studies, an official translation of the two above into Czech (translation is not required if the original documents were issued in English), a certificate of equivalence from Czech educational authorities which states that your certificate/diploma is recognised in the Czech Republic (called nostrification ), if you completed your previous education abroad, TOEFL ibT of 80, IELTS of 6.5, IB English 6, Melab 77, TOEIC 605
