Program Overview

The study program covers all aspects of plasma physics and goes beyond theoretical physics (elementary processes) and some topics of astrophysics (plasma of interplanetary space, problems of dust / ice cluster movement in the solar system) and contributes to the solution of nuclear fusion. The study also includes borderline disciplines such as plasma-chemistry, plasma-solid interaction and complex plasma. The program prepares experts with a broad foundation in mathematics, physics and computer modeling of physical processes, as well as deep knowledge of plasma physics.

A completed Master s degree in a related field of study, an official transcript of records from your previous university studies, an official translation of the two above into Czech (translation is not required if the original documents were issued in English), a certificate of equivalence from Czech educational authorities which states that your certificate/diploma is recognised in the Czech Republic (called nostrification ), if you completed your previous education abroad, TOEFL ibT of 80, IELTS of 6.5, IB English 6, Melab 77, TOEIC 605
