Ph.D. program in zoology is a graduate of university students deeply interested in science of zoology and independent research in particular zoological discipline. The study is centred with a Ph.D. project addressing current issues of discipline and consistent in conceptual and methodological respects. The study is intended to promote skills in independent research, in its contextual setting and producing relevant research outcomes, in particular by publishing. A graduate is able to conduct research, publish his results in international journals and teach in university courses. He / she can find and position in research and academic institutions in zoology and related disciplines as well as in organizations of conservation biology, in museums, zoos and / or in applied research.

A completed Master s degree in a related field of study, an official transcript of records from your previous university studies, an official translation of the two above into Czech (translation is not required if the original documents were issued in English), a certificate of equivalence from Czech educational authorities which states that your certificate/diploma is recognised in the Czech Republic (called nostrification ), if you completed your previous education abroad, TOEFL ibT of 80, IELTS of 6.5, IB English 6, Melab 77, TOEIC 605
