Program Overview

Expert knowledge of the graduate is knowledge of advanced models of theoretical microeconomics, macroeconomics and econometrics. Specialized output knowledge is knowledge of advanced theoretical and econometric models in those areas of economics that the graduate chooses as their specialization and in which he then conducts independent research (eg labor market economics, finance, etc.). Further specialized output knowledge is the knowledge of current scientific literature in the field of graduate research. The general knowledge of the graduate is the knowledge of advanced mathematical methods and passive and active control of the English language at the level allowing to perform scientific work at the international level.

A completed Master s degree in a related field of study, an official transcript of records from your previous university studies, an official translation of the two above into Czech (translation is not required if the original documents were issued in English), a certificate of equivalence from Czech educational authorities which states that your certificate/diploma is recognised in the Czech Republic (called nostrification ), if you completed your previous education abroad, TOEFL ibT of 80, IELTS of 6.5, IB English 6, Melab 77, TOEIC 605
