Program Overview

Doctoral candidates of DRDP carry out their doctoral studies in research groups with high scientific standards at the university and in companies. Each doctoral candidate focuses on a specific topic relevant for drug development, and the research project is planned with the supervisors for the application. DRDP serves as a postgraduate programme for graduates of the Master s Degree Programme in Drug Discovery and Development at the University of Turku, but it is open to all applicants with a suitable M.Sc. level education and an interest in drug research.

Additional Information & Requirements

A master s degree from an accredited institution of higher education, your degree corresponds to at least 180 ECTS (European credits) or to three years of full-time study, your degree is in a relevant field for the Master s degree programme that you re applying to, a motivation letter and Test of English as a Foreign Language with a minimum overall score of 90 and the writing test score 20 or more on the internet-based test (IBT).
