Minimum Age: 23 Academic Qualifications: Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline from a recognized institution. Alternatively, a master's degree or a Level 7 postgraduate qualification, or an MBA from a recognized institution is also acceptable. Individuals with degrees in other fields or without bachelor's or master's degrees but with substantial executive-level professional experience are encouraged to apply. Their acceptance may be contingent upon successful completion of an entrance test and an interview. Research Proposal: As part of the application, candidates must submit a comprehensive research proposal. This proposal should include the research topic rationale, aims and objectives, primary and secondary research questions, methodology, research structure and design, as well as an initial literature review. English Language Requirements: An IELTS score of 7.0 or its equivalent is required, with no component scoring less than 6.0. Alternatively, applicants can take the Duolingo test and achieve an overall score of 130+. English proficiency requirements may be waived for native English speakers, those who completed their education in English (e.g., high school diploma or IB), or applicants who earned their undergraduate degree in English in an English-speaking country. Applicants with a Medium of Instruction letter for a qualification awarded within the last 5 years may also be exempted. For applicants from West Africa (Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, Gambia, and Sierra Leone), the West African Senior School Certificate (WAEC) can serve as proof of English proficiency, provided the English Language component is at level C6 or above. Other Prerequisites: A comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV) is required. Transcripts of courses attended must be provided. Two reference letters are necessary, one from an academic source and one from a professional source. Applicants should have a minimum of three years of professional experience in a mid-level management position or higher. Publications, if available, should be included in the application.
