"In the Course for Health Care Management, education and research focuses on the development of research, planning and implementation skills for the efficient provision of quality services at health care, medical and welfare facilities and in relevant businesses, and for the coordination and integration of services based on the needs of the individual. However, there are many issues to be addressed in the environment surrounding ""health management."" Internally, they include respect for the will of the user, quality of care, application of IT, and other increasingly advanced and complex management and administrative issues; externally, they include nursing care insurance, health care system reforms, new entrants from areas beyond medicine and welfare, and increasing competition among facilities."
