Program Overview

An agreement was concluded with the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and it is planned to conduct training sessions from the 2019-2020 academic year. Highly qualified staff of the branches consists of prominent scientists-practitioners. They deliver lectures and seminars, also carry out educational and methodical work, supervise scientific research, professional practices of doctoral and master students. In addition, Godunova N.N., Zeinelgabdin A.B., and Karybaev A.A. are members of Educational and Methodological Association of Republican Educational Methodical Council of Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (EMA REMC MES RK) in the direction of training Business, management and law (Audit and taxation). Master and doctoral students of EP State Audit participate in the research of Centre for Financial Violations Research .

Statement addressed to the Rector of the ENU;A copy of the identity card;A notarized copy of university diplomas and enclosures to them;Justification on the research topic in Kazakh, Russian and/or foreign languages; A copy of foreign language certificate (English, French, German) by programs Test of English as a Foreign Language, Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Programm (TOEFL ITP), (TOEFL, threshold point - not less than 560), International English Language Tests System (IELTS, threshold point - not less than 6.0), Grundbaustein DaF (threshold score - C 1), Deutsche Sprachprfung fur den Hochschulzugang (DSH, threshold point - C 1), Diplome d'Etudes en Langue Fran ais (DELF, threshold score - B 2), Diplome Approfondi de Langue Fran ais (DALF, threshold point - C 1), Test de connaisances de Fran ais (TCF, threshold point - not less than 400) (if available);Personal form of accounting personnel and a notarized document proving employment activity (persons having work experience);Six photos of 3 x 4 size, envelope;Medical certificate of form 086-Y;List of scientific and methodical works (if there are any)
