The object of study is Gaia (also called Gaia, the Mother Earth of ancient cultures) or, in other words, the world we live in. We are interested in deciphering the physical, chemical and biological processes that shaped it, (and still they shape it,), from the Core to the Ionosphere, from 4.5 billion years ago to the Present.
