The PhD programme in History of Science aims to train high level researchers in the fields of history of science, technology and medicine. Its privileged interdisciplinary status, research into history of science provides an essential link to overcoming the barriers that separate humanistic and scientific culture in our society. For that reason students from a wide range of backgrounds are accepted in the programme where they are united by their interest in studying science-society relations.
