Program Overview

The PhD in Economics Management and Organization (DEMO) is an interuniversity PhD programme resulting from the collaboration between the Universitat Aut noma de Barcelona, the Public University of Navarra and the University of the Balearic Islands. It has a strong international flavour and is highly committed to the generation of socially relevant knowledge that allows for improvement in current business management and its degree of social commitment. The PhD is aimed at training people interested in a professional career either within the university or outside. In an increasingly competitive world, both business leaders and government agencies have to become more rigorous in their analysis in order to improve the validity of their decisions and communicate them so as to involve people from different educational and cultural ambients.
