The Department of Psychology is fundamentally and prospectively characterized by its interdisciplinary education and research encompassing the various disciplines of sociology, the humanities, medicine and engineering, aspiring to cultivate talented professionals specializing in basic research, practical applications and the field of body-mind-spirit health. Development priorities In light of the characteristics of the overall academic and research environment at NCKU, and in consideration of manpower demands in south Taiwan, the Department of Psychology is committed to being an academic institution aspiring to provide and apply psychological knowledge and research methodology academically and practically through integration with various disciplines.
