Study of concepts and theories in social welfare, organization theories in social welfare and social policy analysis and planning, which is an extension of the Master of Arts Program in Social Policy. The Doctor of Arts Program in Social Policy aims at producing and developing executive personnel and good policy analysts which will lead to advanced and effective social development.

Complete the application form; Bachelor and Masters degree or equivalent; English proficiency score: IELTS (Academic): Overall band 6 and above , TOEFL: IBT (Internet based-test): minimum score of 61 , CBT (Computer-based test) minimum score of 173, PBT (Paper-based test): minimum score of 500; A completed statement of purpose; Experience of overseas study or exchange programme in an English-speaking country (desirable); Work experience (optional); Certificate of awards, academic and volunteer activities, creative works, or special talents; A two-inch photograph;A copy of valid personal Identification Card or Passport ; Official Transcript (For those whose transcript is not in English; Official score report of the English Proficiency Test (TU-GET/ IELTS/ TOEFL/ SAT); A completed Statement of Purpose (350-500 words); Reference Letter (optional).
