Study in methodology of legal research to complete a dissertation; to study research hypotheses, concepts, theories, and precise objectives; and to obtain answers through logical and creditable methods. The program aims at developing students' research skills and present the results obtained in the form of a dissertation and enabling students to apply it to the justice system. The program emphasizes on self-study in law, learning from direct experiences through establishing learning networks with the public and private sectors, and contributing to new bodies of knowledge in response to the fast-changing society as a result of socio-economic situations and information technology in the age of globalization.
Complete the application form; Bachelor and Masters degree or equivalent; English proficiency score: IELTS (Academic): Overall band 6 and above , TOEFL: IBT (Internet based-test): minimum score of 61 , CBT (Computer-based test) minimum score of 173, PBT (Paper-based test): minimum score of 500; A completed statement of purpose; Experience of overseas study or exchange programme in an English-speaking country (desirable); Work experience (optional); Certificate of awards, academic and volunteer activities, creative works, or special talents; A two-inch photograph;A copy of valid personal Identification Card or Passport ; Official Transcript (For those whose transcript is not in English; Official score report of the English Proficiency Test (TU-GET/ IELTS/ TOEFL/ SAT); A completed Statement of Purpose (350-500 words); Reference Letter (optional).
