Program Overview

The College of Law seeks to establish a three-dimensional PhD program in public law to achieve: post-cognitive and post-disciplinary after a meaningful research in the field of legal studies and follow up the latest comparative legal systems, and take advantage and utilizing every new aspect in field of legal knowledge and skills. Also, the program aims to develop qualified nationals in the UAE to lead to strategic planning in all areas, such as human development, qualified legal and judicial practitioners and in the field of higher education to meet the needs of the renewed labor in the market.

"Certificate equivalence from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for Certificates issued from outside the UAE, A certified copy of the applicant's University transcript, A certified copy of the applicant's University Degree , A copy of identity card, passport, Two recommendation letters from professors, Curriculum Vitae,The student must hold a master's degree with a minimum grade of ""Very Good (3.0 out of 4.0) and a bachelor s degree with a minimum grade of 2.5 out of 4.0 or equivalent from a university, college, or an institute recognized by the Ministry of Education of the UAE. 550 on the TOEFL (PBT) (should be taken inside the university), 79 on the TOEFL (IBT) (outside the university) or 6 on IELTS (Academic). "
