Program Overview

The diverse research includes the chemical synthesis of organic and biologically-active compounds, inorganic and organometallic compounds and supramolecular species, as well as the preparation of novel polymeric, inorganic, composite and hybrid materials for technological applications. We study behaviour at interfaces relevant to catalysis and environmental science and develop novel spectroscopic techniques to study these phenomena.

Additional Information & Requirements

A 1st class honours undergraduate degree, or a Master’s degree with an average mark of 65% or higher and a dissertation mark of 65% or higher. Academic Transcripts and Degree Certificates. Research proposal, two academic references, IELTS test scores (minimum overall IELTS score is 6.5 with no score lower than 6.0 in Reading, Writing, speaking and listening.
