Completed online application. Bachelor s degree from a regionally accredited college or university. Minimum GPA of 3.00. Minimum prerequisite and science GPA of 3.00. At least two letters of reference. GRE minimum scores of 150 on each of the verbal and quantitative, and minimum of 3 on the analytical writing section. Observation/Employment in Physical Therapy totaling 40 hours. Prerequisite coursework. Interview. Statement of agreement. TOFEL score of 535 - paper version, 203 - computer version, or 75 - Internet-based version for students whose language of instruction is not English.
