Additional Information & Requirements

Apply online to the Jackson State University Graduate School. A graduate-level degree from an accredited institution with a grade point average of 3.5 or better as evidenced by an official transcript. GRE verbal and quantitative, MAT or GMAT score. Three letters of recommendation. A statement of professional goals. Two samples of academic or professional writing. For international students a minimum score of 550 on the paper-based or 69 on IBT TOEFL test, 6.5 on IELTS test and 53 on PTE-A test. A personal and/or telephone interview may be required. Other considerations such as work or life experiences which are directly related to potential successful completion of the program may also be factored into the admission review. Certified Declaration of Financial Support on file in the JSU Global office.
