Complete an application. Official transcripts from each post-secondary institution attended. An MSW degree from a CSWE accredited school of social work. A minimum of a 3.3 out of 4.0 GPA during their MSW studies. A minimum of two-years of post-MSW practice experience. A resume/CV. Three letters of recommendation. A statement of purpose. TOFEL score of 600 - paper version, 120 - computer version, or 95 - Internet-based version for students whose language of instruction is not English.
