The PhD in Bioinformatics program offers unique interdisciplinary training for graduate students in the science, engineering, medicine, and ethics of twenty-first-century cell biology jointly through the College of Engineering and the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences. Prospective students who have completed a bachelor s degree may apply for direct admission to the post-bachelor s PhD program. The post-bachelor s PhD is a full-time program and requires a total of 64 credits, consisting of lecture/laboratory courses, seminar courses, and research credits.
