St Edmund's College is a graduate college with comprising 50 Fellows and 350 student members, together with some mature students learning as undergraduates. It’s committed to the support of its members, who are operating across all academic disciplines pursuing degrees of the University of Cambridge and/or completing the analysis. A relaxed and cordial atmosphere is inspired, during which students and Fellows combine freely. The college is noted for the strength of its international community: regarding two-thirds of the scholars are from some 60 countries, and one-third are UK residents.
The College works with the Cambridge Trust to supply a variety of scholarships for Ph.D. students: Luzio Vice-Chancellor's Award (awarded every year), and Duke of Edinburgh and Charter Vice-Chancellor's Award or Cambridge International Scholarship (awarded every 3 years). The two organizations also are joined by donor Mr. Gopal Chand Anand to supply the Peter Kishor Chand Anand Cambridge Scholarship, for Indian students taking a Master’s degree at the college.
Eligibility Criteria/ Scholarship Guidelines
This scholarship is available to Overseas Ph.D. candidates in any field and is only tenable at St Edmund's College.
