The Korean Government Scholarship graduate program is awarded to the international students who wish to apply for a degree program at Seoul National University (SNU).
Eligibility Criteria/ Scholarship Guidelines:
To be eligible, an applicant:
- Should be an International student enrolled for a full-time graduate program at Seoul National University.
Note: Korean language training is mandatory and the student who fails to achieve TOPIK 3 within a year will not be eligible to attend the degree program.
How to Apply:
- University Recommendation Program: Submit the admission application at SNU’s Office of Admissions. The selection will be made by the National Institute for International Education.
- Embassy Recommendation Program: Submit the admission application to Korean Embassies in their countries. The selection will be made by the National Institute for International Education.
Value
The scholarship covers full tuition fee for 4 semesters, living expenses of 900,000 KRW per month, Airfare for that includes one economy class ticket for the round trip, Korean language training fee for one year, medical insurance, settlement and returning expenses.
