The Bill and Rita Stout Academic Excellence Award is awarded by Texas A and M University. It is a onetime award given each year to the outstanding International Undergraduate students based on their academic record and Leadership skills.
Eligibility Criteria/ Scholarship Guidelines
To be eligible, an applicant
• Should be enrolled as an undergraduate student in Texas A and M University and must be holding a non-immigrant visa.
• Should have a minimum academic credit of 30.
• Should be interested in promoting good international bond among people from different cultural backgrounds.
• Should have a minimum GPR of 3.0
Note:
- Students enrolled in full-time undergraduate program at Texas A and M University are given the will be given first preference.

Applicants must submit the application on either ApplyTexas Application or Coalition Application portal.
Value
The Scholarship award ranges from $500 to $1,000 for one semester.
