The University of Queensland offers scholarships to high achieving students who have completed diploma level studies at a polytechnic institute in Singapore and who will commence undergraduate studies at the University of Queensland. If you have accepted or received an unconditional offer for a non-quota program at the University of Queensland, you will be automatically considered for this scholarship as long as you meet the eligibility criteria. This scholarship is competitive and merit-based. A student should be an international student and must hold an Australian student visa for the duration of the study period.
Eligibility Criteria/ Scholarship Guidelines
To be eligible, you must:
- You should have completed a diploma from Singapore Polytechnic, Nanyang Polytechnic, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Republic Polytechnic or Temasek Polytechnic, with a minimum grade of 3.2 (where maximum grade = 4, pass grade = 1).
- You Should not simultaneously hold another scholarship for study at the University of Queensland.
How to Apply
All the eligible applicants will be considered automatically for this scholarship if they receive or accept an unconditional offer for a non-quota program by November.
Value
A $10,000, to be paid as a reduction in tuition fees over two Semesters – semester 1 and semester 2 (A $5,000 grant per semester).
