The American Political Science Association Minority Fellows Program is awarded to the Senior or Graduate Student pursuing in the area of Social and Behavioral Sciences at UC Berkley.
Eligibility Criteria/ Scholarship Guidelines
To be eligible, an applicant:
- Should be a Senior or Graduate Student pursuing in the area of Social and Behavioral Sciences at the university.
- Should be a African American, Latino or Native American
- Should be a U.S Citizen
- Should demonstrate financial need
- Should be in his or her senior year at the college or university level applying to a doctoral program in POLITICAL SCIENCE, or currently enrolled in a Master's program and applying to a doctoral program.

- Three Letters of Recommendation
- Personal Essay The maximum is 500 words
- Other Submission Requirements Notes: GRE scores are required
