The National Federation of the Blind Scholarship is awarded to the freshman, sophomore, Junior, Senior, Graduate Student pursuing Arts and Humanities, Business, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Social and Behavioral Sciences at UC Berkley.
Eligibility Criteria/ Scholarship Guidelines
To be eligible, an applicant:
- Should be a freshman, sophomore, Junior, Senior, Graduate Student pursuing Arts and Humanities, Business, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Social and Behavioral Sciences at the university.
- Should be blind
- Should be U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident or International Students
How to Apply:
An applicant must n in to the scholarship portal https://www.nfb.org/civicrm/scholarships/login to complete a scholarship application at the UC Berkley.
Required Documents:
- Transcripts
- Two letters of recommendation
- Personal Essay
- Other Notes: Letter from a state president or designee of the National Federation of the blind evidencing that you have discussed your application with him/her.
