The scholarship was established in memory of Robert Adams Bradford. Preference is to be given to students enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences who demonstrate broad intellectual interests and the qualities of leadership and citizenship envisioned by the University’s founder. Consideration will be given to financial need. Preference is also given to an out of state student, preferably from a New England state or from the state of Wisconsin.
Eligibility Criteria/ Scholarship Guidelines
The applicant must have CLAS intellectualism, leadership, and citizenship.
The offer must be either for undergraduate or Master’s level.
They must be currently attending a school, college, community, or voluntary group.
Applicants must be able to fund travel costs themselves.
Applicants will not need support for living expenses or accommodation.
