Masters in managing people knowledge and change in Lund university

The programme draws inspiration from the internationally recognised research areas of the lecturers on the programme. These include the fields of knowledge management, identity in organisations, organisational culture, and leadership and change. In particular, the programme emphasises the strategic nature of the contemporary challenges associated with managing organisations and work.
