The BA Primary Education Honours degree with QTS is provided at Carmarthen by the South West Wales Centre of Teacher Education, It focuses on the professional study of the full range of primary education and provides a thorough understanding of the statutory curricula for primary schools, within a caring, supportive and encouraging environment.

Applicants are required to obtain 115 UCAS points.

Applicants must have all three of the following:

• Grade C or above in GCSE English Language or English Literature or Welsh Language or Welsh Literature.
• Grade C or above in Science.
• Grade C or above in GCSE Mathematics or GCSE Numeracy.

Require IELTS score of 6.0 (or equivalent) with no lower than 5.5 in reading writing, listening and speaking.
