The Chinese Studies Program is an interdisciplinary major and minor, that fosters an understanding of China with an emphasis on contemporary and historical research. This degree allowing students to develop their own B.A. or minor using a variety of in Chinese studies courses and prepare students for a career related to China. The Program encourages an interdisciplinary approach of accepting courses from various departments that focus on history, political science, art, literature and more from China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
