In conjunction with the Hollo School of Real Estate and the Alvah H. Chapman Graduate School of Business, the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management offers the joint degree program in International Real Estate and Hospitality Management. Students enrolled in the joint degree program can earn both an M.S. in International Real Estate and an M.S. in Hospitality Management in less time and at a lower cost than it would take to obtain both degrees separately.

A bachelor's degree in related discipline, Official University/ College transcript from all institutions previously attended in a sealed institution envelope, TOEFL scores (550 paper-based, 80 internet-based), or IELTS scores (6.5) , GRE /GMAT/ EXADEP, Letter of Intent , Letters of Recommendation, Resume, GPA of 3.0
