EC Thomson Bursary

The EC Thomson Bursary is offered by La Trobe University to Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents, and Permanent Humanitarian Visa Holders, who would be starting their final year, honors year, or internship of an undergraduate degree in Science or Engineering at Bendigo campus. The scholarship was introduced by Friends of the School of Mines to support students of the university.

Eligibility Criteria/Scholarship Guidelines

To be eligible, an applicant:

• Should demonstrate educational disadvantage and high academic record  

Upon receiving the award:

• Should allow his or her name to be published as a bursary awardee
• Should attend Bendigo Prize Ceremony in August.
