The Ramsay Health Nursing Scholarships are offered to 2nd and 3rd-year students of Bachelor of Nursing studying at the university’s Mildura campus and are Australian Citizens or Permanent Humanitarian Visa Holders. The scholarship is funded by Ramsay Health Care Limited, a healthcare company offering services to regional and rural areas of the State of Victoria.
Eligibility Criteria/Scholarship Guidelines:
To be eligible, an applicant:
- Should have completed Year 1 of Bachelor of Nursing and must have attained grade B or better in the previous semesters.
- Should have resided in Municipality of Mildura Rural City Council, Wentworth Shire Council, Broken Hill City Council or Swan Hill for at least 3 years.
- Should not be receiving any other non-governmental scholarship and should demonstrate how the nursing qualification is going to benefit the applicant and Mildura region.
