Women in Master of Internet of Things City of Greater Bendigo Smart City Scholarship

The Women in Master of Internet of Things - City of Greater Bendigo Smart City Scholarship is offered by La Trobe University to both Australian and International female students starting Masters of Internet of Things at the university’s Bendigo campus. The scholarship is are awarded jointly by the university and the City of Greater Bendigo (COBG) to two female students.

Eligibility Criteria/Scholarship Guidelines

To be eligible, an applicant:

• Should have completed a Bachelor’s degree with subjects like Mathematics, Calculus, or Discrete Math as part of the course.

Upon receiving the award: 

The recipient has to submit a milestone report of 200 to 300 words to the donor outlining the opportunity the award has given them the applicant at the end of first year and at the end of course.

The recipient will be asked to attend promotional events in print, social media, websites, or media describing opportunities received through the scholarship and the university experience.

How to apply

The scholarship can be availed by submitting an online application form along with academic transcripts and a 500 word essay outlining what smart city means to the applicant and why the applicant wishes to pursue this course in the City of Greater Bendigo.
