Ussher Fellowship

Ussher Fellowships are awarded competitively on academic merit. The Fellowship is unrelated to teaching commitments. The application is made in conjunction with a Ph.D. application. Our doctoral candidates are registered on the 4 years structured Trinity Ph.D. program. You will have access to a variety of taught modules, both discipline-specific and generic skills, to enhance and support your own research.  We welcome the best students each year to begin their Ph.D. journey with us here in Dublin.

Eligibility Criteria/ Scholarship Guidelines

Applications are open to EU and Non-EU candidates. Candidates must be new entrants on the research register. Successful students are required to maintain satisfactory progress in their research degree.
