Verlander Scholarship

The George Verlander Foundation Scholarship Endowment Scholarship is available to students at Rappahannock Community College. Scholarships will be given to students from Lancaster County, Virginia, enrolled in any undergraduate school at the University of Virginia.

Eligibility Criteria/ Scholarship Guidelines

To qualify for this scholarship candidate should fulfill the below criteria:

You must be majoring in nursing, be a resident of Lancaster County and have a minimum GPA of 2.5 to qualify for this award. Preference is given to residents of Weems.

Meeting a 2.5 GPA or higher which also prefers recipients who continue to qualify in subsequent years. Financial need is considered but not required.
