Vanderbilt University offers a number of merit scholarships to the students who demonstrate outstanding accomplishment in academics and intellectual promise. The recipients are required to fulfill certain conditions although no separate application is required.
The Carrell Family Scholarship is one of the merit-based scholarships offered by Vanderbilt University to the students who demonstrate financial need. The recipients are identified by the Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships on various parameters.
Eligibility Criteria/ Scholarship Guidelines
Scholarships are available to students who demonstrate financial need and have undertaken part-time employment during high school.
The selections are based on academic record, leadership qualities, SAT or ACT Scores, participation in extra-curricular activities, an essay, and recommendation.
No separate application is required to be considered for the scholarship, and there is no fixed number of awards.
