Bachelors in regional development and public administration in Jan evangelista purkyne university

The goal of the bachelor's program is to prepare graduates for master's degree studies and at the same time enable those interested to work in relevant practice. From the point of view of the study program itself, the goal is to offer a high-quality social science educational scheme, which on the one hand fully corresponds to the long-term anchored concept of the study of regional and administrative sciences in the developed countries of the world, and at the same time tries to incorporate innovative elements connected to the real situation of the development of regional problems in the Czech Republic and st Region. From a practical point of view, the goal of the program is to prepare economically oriented experts who are able to apply knowledge to work at all levels of territorial-administrative organization (state, region, municipality), but especially with a focus on local and regional development and management. At the same time, it gives graduates knowledge in the field of public administration, which significantly increases their chances of occupying a relevant position in public administration and especially of its qualified performance.
