The Department of Languages and Literatures offers a BA degree with majors in Spanish and Spanish-International Trade.The degree is designed to provide the student with a solid foundation in the language, with in-depth study in communicating in a business environment on a variety of topics. As a Liberal Arts degree, its main strength is the wide range of knowledge the student acquires in the language, history, culture and business practices in the countries where their chosen language is spoken. In addition, it gives the student a broad base in the major areas of business studies: economics, accounting, management, marketing, and finance.
