The University of Otago College of Education offers primary teaching qualifications for individuals who want to teach in primary and intermediate schools in New Zealand and overseas. All of these qualifications can lead to teacher registration. Individuals with an interest in, and enthusiasm for, children and their learning should apply. Graduates of this qualification combination will be prepared for leadership roles within teaching and may apply for provisional teacher registration and entry into teaching at Q3+ salary status.
